Shirley is 18 inches tall and wears a tagged NRA dress made of a windowpane fabric. I have also heard the fabric called "waffle" and "shadowpane." Shirley is marked on her neck and back. Shirley has clear eyes and pristine composition. She is one of the prettiest Shirley's I have ever seen. The dress and doll are very early from the 1930s composition doll production. The dress reminds me of the one in the photo of Shirley riding a camel. This photo is my Mom's who is an avid collector of camels! I am not sure what movie this dress is from.
